How does the Nivimu signature work?

Log in with your username and password to the notification area.

Create a notification and attach the files to be signed.

Check the box to require signature of documents.

Hit send and users will receive an instant push notification.

When the user opens the notification, the document is available for reading and biometric signature.

When the user signs the document, a unique electronic signature retention certificate is automatically generated for this document. This certification contains data relating to the biometric reading of the signature process, date and time, the user’s device, geolocation and data relating to the security of the signature process.

You will be able to check the status and download the documents you have already signed, as well as download the certification at any time from your notification panel.
Nivisign by Nivimu
All documents, once signed, are electronically locked with an electronic certificate (Nivisign) of HR Nominapress 360 S.L. This certificate prevents subsequent modification of the documents.
Sender and addressee details are included before a document is sent to ensure its identification.
Our advanced electronic signature guarantees the protection of sending and receiving data.
The date, time of sending, receipt and eventual modification of the data are linked with an electronic time stamp.
It is possible to download the Nivisign certificate of the signed document.
It can be used as documentary evidence in court proceedings.
